About me

I have been taking photos since 2009 (counting from when I do it in manual mode). I live in Echternach, Luxembourg, an area with beautiful photography outdoors. I am most passionate about photographing people, but sometimes I also like to take product and event photos. I prefer working in my home studio, where I have the best control over the light, but I also appreciate the opportunities offered outdoors. During each session, I ensure a pleasant atmosphere, culture and discretion. Over good coffee and music, I try to get to know the people I will be photographing as best as I can. I think this is even more important than state-of-the-art equipment to get unique photos, although of course I use a professional equipment in my studio.

When I’m not taking photos, I’m probably editing them on the computer, and when I’m not doing it either, I’m working on software development (man does not live by photography alone), or playing the guitar, or just relaxing with a book or a movie or a journey (where by the way I take tones of photos as well, but this is an other story).

When I don’t take the camera in my hand for a few days, I feel I long for something. Then I take my camera and just take photos seeking for my best story in my frame. Because I love it.
